Odei Labs is an independent video game studio. This policy applies to the odeilabs.com website. For any privacy-related question, write to us at hello@odeilabs.com.

2. What data we collect

We don't collect personal data. There are no user accounts, logins, forms or comments on this website, and we never ask for your name, email or any other information that identifies you.

We only collect anonymous data for statistical purposes, such as the pages visited, the site you came from, your device and browser type, and the approximate country of the visit. This data is processed in aggregate, cannot identify you and is never used for profiling or advertising.

3. Cookies

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The analytics we use work without cookies that identify you, so we don't need to show you a consent banner.

4. How we use the data

We use anonymous statistics only to understand which content is most interesting, detect errors and improve the site. We never sell, rent or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Hosting and technical services

Like any website, the provider hosting this site may automatically process technical connection data (such as your IP address) for a limited time, solely to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't access those logs to identify anyone.

Fonts and all other resources are served from our own domain, with no calls to third-party services.

6. If you write to us

If you choose to contact us by email, we'll use your address and the content of your message only to reply, and we won't keep them longer than necessary.

7. Your rights

Since we don't process personal data on the website, we usually won't hold any information about you. Even so, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to hello@odeilabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD at aepd.es).

8. Children

This website is suitable for all ages and doesn't knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Our games

This policy covers the website only. Each Odei Labs game will have its own privacy information on the relevant store or platform when it is released.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page together with the date of the last update.
